Nah, we got 4 local JD dealerships around the state. All of them are owned by the same family.

No actual competition... at all.

Some history there, too. They used to have the corner on the market for JD construction equipment for many years. Got their backside on the wrong side of mother Deere, though.

Lost the equipment line to Airport Rentals. (Could always hope that the Green line would move somewhere else, too! :thumbsup

Have you looked at your OP and Maintainence manuals for the 5085M for the blinking N business? I think I'm gonna break down and buy the Technical Repair manual(s). Think it was $350 or so with the dealer.

About 54 more days for the tractor. I was talking to my salesman yesterday he said it takes 30 days just for the boat ride from somewhere in Europe all the way the to the east coast. 3900 Miles from the east coast of Canada / USA which would take maybe a week. From Germany to a port could take a day or two.. I would say transport is 40 Days / 6 Weeks.

So they should be putting final touches on our tractor, or just starting to build mine. :laughing:

Man... I'll be spreading fertilizer and spraying weeds before you get your tractor!!! Kidding..:laughing: :laughing:

That won't happen until mid-May for the fertilizer and probably first week in June for weeds.

Your new tractor will be muddy by May! Need to post some pics right after it's off the truck!

Actually it happens in April, where I spread the base fertilizer (more than usual) I spray some pesticides before I plant (about 2-3 weeks) to knock down some weeds. But this year it feels like I lost a month. With terrible weather and I haven't started my transplants. I would be starting them now last year.

Well, I can keep it clean by you coming down and washing it everyday for me :laughing:. I guess you could drive it.. I hope my 6715 has enough power to pull my NH 195. My neighbors have a NH 185 but thats 290 bushels and my NH 195 is 410 bushels. I hope it doesnt get too stuck...

Money, I will use my 6430 Premium, WHEN IT COMES! Well my dealer was nice enough to demo me a 6430 Premium , IVT , 673 SL loader w/ 1300 hours for 2 whole whopping days! :laughing: Time to feel how 40k goes.

They just took my 6420 and 5085M for the repairs on the 6420 and fixing the reverser, adding rear fender extensions on my 5085M.

Nnnnnoooooo.... Edward, say it ain't so..!!! You actually sat in the seat and DROVE a tractor with IVT!!! And it had a BIG loader!

Why would anyone put a loader on those things....?

Gettin' the fuel system refurbed, huh? Fender extensions, too. And I thought you considered those - frilly - 'cause a manly tractor should throw a little mud around!!
