What is the distance from the hitch (ball seat) to the axle center?

13'-6" from ball seat to the CL b/t the 2 trailer axles

yeah it's safe in assuming a 12k is 2, 6k axles

Your problem is going to be ... Getting the Load far enough Back so the CG of the complete tractor & loader are within 10 to 12 inches of the centerline of the trailer axles.

yeah good point, it's not the rear tractor axles that needs centered it's the CG that needs centered.

after doing some googling, I would expect (generically speaking) the CG to be 10-12" forward of the rear axle. I would assume this is without the rears loaded. With rears loaded it would move CG towards rear obviously.

Given the trailer axles are biased towards rear of trailer, length of the FEL and the 10-12" "guess"...if I center the CG over trailer axles, I think FEL would grossly overhang the rear of the trailer.

Good thought though, it certainly got me thinking. I just don't think there's a good option hauling this large of a tractor with a dump trailer. Kinda bummed, but it is what it is.
