new tractor

Hi, I owned a Kubot and have spent the last 6 months looking at machines to upgrade too. The mahindra is a night and day difference to the orange brand. Besides the longer warranty, there is a lot more weight and metal to the Mahindra. You will not regret the purchase. Take a close look at the ratings of the three point hitch and loader. I will say also that the orange brand is getting rediculous with there prices like the all time favorite green brand. You are getting a lot more machine for your buck with the Mahindra.

Has to be one of the most useless and inaccurate posts I've seen in awhile. If you have brand loyalty that you cannot contribute without bias, then stay on that side of the fence.

Round me up a few of those worthless used Mahindras and I'll send a truck from California to get them. Resale in our area is very strong.

But in an effort to see both sides of this, I think resale is weaker if you have no dealer in your area and if they are still relatively unknown in your area. People might not know a Mahindra from a Belarus if they haven't done any research and do not have local dealers.

I had a Kioti/Orange and a Montana/Green and now have a Mahindra/Red liked them all but I REALLY LIKE my Mahindra. I do have a dealer near by which was a big buying point for me. Like others have said go with works for you and that you LIKE.:D

Mine is a 2008 Mahindra 5525 with the ML250 loader. Just made the last payment. It's a fine tractor, simple, heavy, strong. So far no problems. Just do the periodic maintenance on schedule and the Mahindra with keep on going.

Why would you want to sell it?
Brandi

I can't figure that one out either. I see all the time about guys getting 4,5 or more different tractors over what seems like only a few years. These are not money makers for these guys, new purchases each time. Common to hear that I had this or I had that several tractors ago. Either these guys have money to burn, or they just can't figure out what size it is that they need. :confused2: Most of the stuff I buy, I plan on having it the rest of my life, resale is not even a consideration. ;)
