Adding Hydraulic Female QD to tractor

I am adding several hydraulic female QD's (eight) to some equipment.
Deere has a part number they use that has a series of grooves machined into the body for snap rings so as to make it very easy to mount on a plate for rigidity. So far I have found no manufacturer that admits to making them so I think they make them for JD under license and do not sell them elsewhere.
I could buy them from JD but they are VERY expensive compared to the normal identical, minus the groove, QD.
I have been looking at using a bulkhead fitting to adapt from the hydraulic supply lines to the QD and thus the fitting mounted to the bulkhead would supply the rigid mount. Problem is I have failed at finding the bulkhead fittings I want. I can fit JIC to JIC and NPT to NPT but I want a male ORB to ORBS or ORB to NPT in a bulkhead fitting. I want to avoid NPT if I can though. I know I could build a xmas tree of fittings/adapters but don't have the room to do so. Does anyone have a source/supplier to do male ORB to male ORFS bulkhead fittings?
Or ORB to ORB bulkhead fittings.

Discount Hydraulic was my first go to site but they do not have them. Only JIC/JIC and NPT/NPT in bulkhead design. That is why I sent the query.

Thanks for the royal supply site it looks like they carry them, bulkhead ORFS/ORB, just not in the sizes that I am looking for. Both smaller and larger but not my size. I will call them and see what gives.

I did exactly what you are planning. I bought JIC bulkhead fittings. On the short side threads I put on an O-Ring and you will have an ORB fitting (threads are the same). I bought female quick couplers with female ORB threads. On the other side, after the nut holds this to the bulkhead (angle iron in my case) I used hydraulic hose with the correct size female JIC swivel fitting.

So you were able to get a good seal with an O-ring on a JIC fitting? That is interesting as I did not think the shelf on the JIC fitting nut would hold the O-ring against the O-ring chamfer properly. Will have to consider it.

Yes, no leaks. Also have done the same with hoses that had male fixed JIC ends. added the correct O-Ring and used in ORB female port. Maybe just lucky!
