The psychology of tractor colors.

I own JDs, but prefer the Kubota orange and like the matching wheels.
I never cared for white, shows the rust too much. Silver has always looked cheap to me. Never cared for the real light green or blues.I Like the reds, JD green, Oliver green, Ford blue and Kubota orange.

When I was young it seemed like red and orange were 'big farm' tractors and green was the color for 'small farm' tractors. For us really, really small land tractor owners there should be tractors in pastels and flowery colors. My citified wife might like that. My big farm tractor would look like Darth Vadar.

Doesn't answer the original question. I asked what or how you would paint your tractors if you owned a tractor company.

Ford blue or MF red ...Had a set of black row crop wheels once look real nice on MF red

I wonder why nobody came out with a nice, rich brown color. Its even the color of dirt....and so many other things on the farm.
