I didn't update this thread since I'd last talked to the dealer, so I thought I should now. I'd been on the road traveling toward the end of last week but thursday the dealer called and said it was a valve in the diverter and would be costing me $852. Didn't like it one bit, but at least it should be done soon.

It wouldn't be a used backhoe if it didn't sting your wallet every now and then. I think you're getting off easy if it's under a grand!![]()
Even with that. your still ahead with what you paid for that 110.

Glad you finally got to the bottom of this, time to start using this machine. I hope you like it as much as I do.![]()
Your telling me! There's a price we must pay for being cheap and not getting a new machine with a warranty:laughing:

Martian,
Glad to hear that the problem has been identified and fixed. Did they rebuild the diverter valve or just replace it?
I wouldn't think that rebuilding the valve would be that expensive - but, the labor to pull everything apart and put everything back together; lines, etc. would be!
Be home this week?

Martian, be sure to get the faulty valve back from them.
Bet there is NOT a faulty valve to get back, Just a bunch of parts if they rebuilt the valve.
What is GTT?
