Does anyone know of I can put wider Ag tires on my 5530 4wd? It currently has 14.9x24 rears. My property has alot of soft ground and ruts easily. Would like to go with wider tires, less ground pressure, without losing traction of R1s. Rims are set at narrowest setting, so room to play.

Most ruts on soft ground come fron the smaller fronts - esp when FEL equipped. Possible you could just go up 1 size on fronts. This would give you a higher front overdrive ratio and improve turning in 4wd as a side benny.

Be careful changing tire sizes. There is an intended slip built into the tire size. This has to do with the difference in the gears between the front and rears, and the rolling circumference of the tires. If you get too far off you will have axle issues. Take a look at the attachment it explains how to figure it out and what the final number should be. You are going to need the ratio #, you can get it from Mahindra. Call customer service, they will have to ask one of their engineers. If you have a problem getting it PM me, I might have better luck.

You should be able to move to the tire size on the 6530, and yes you would have to change all 4.

That only applies if you a) have fragile axles and b) use 4WD on very good traction surfaces.
I often do b) above when clearing snow, it is almost unavoidable, i.e. I come out onto cleared blacktop and sometimes it is DRY, but I just get axle wind up and tire skip - which indicates to me that I don't have fragile axles or trans.

Where it really matters is if you upsize the rears so much that you get front lag instead of lead, trying to hold a straight line in 4WD with a higher circumferential speed on the rear tires than the fronts can be hard.

no problem going wider. If you have to go to a taller (larger circumference) then using the pdf that was posted will help to ensure you keep the right size ratio of the factory tires. No benefit in overrunning the front more the factory IMO. The only thing it will accomplish is putting unneeded stress on the front drivetrain. There is a reason most tractor manufactures have tire size guides for their 4WD. To bad Mahindria doesn't publish this in the owners manuals like others.

Yes, you would have to change wheels and tires and I don't know if it would pay, as I know they would be expensive.

Overdrive on the front will improve steering in tight quarters and on sidehill use. My 7520 is setup almost totally neutral F/B and is atrocious in 4WD in tight steering conditions. The rears essentially start pushing the front as soon as you deviate from straight. Even the slight turn to counter sidehill causes it. OTOH, Our Kubotas have enuf front overdrive that the fronts are constantly clawing. Those tractors are quite nimble in tight quarters because of it. I have found that the 7520 front end is quite robust. Out of 1000 hrs on the tractor Iv done about 500hrs of severe loader work ... pushing and lifting and often spinning with from 50 to 100% of the machine and payload weight on the fronts. The fronts will go another year or so - then I plan to go 1 size larger on front. It would be interesting to know whether the OPs Mahindra is set up with ~ 0 OD like mine. Within the same tire brand one tire size is only a couple inches diameter increase on a ~ 36" dia+ base size. Only 5-6% change. Ive seen OD speced up to 7%. Some tire brands have slightly lower profile as well. [I have my eye on a FireStone 8ply AG. We have one on the 3450 thats 2 sizes up from the Mahindra Titans and its only 3" larger dia.]
... A good front end will handle OD fine. A fragile one wont.
