Buying Advice Kubota bx25 vs mahindra max 25

I needed a post hole digger for the bx 24 and a full size cat 1 will not fit on the bx24

I will give you that, a Cat 1 PHD will not fit a BX, but Kubota is marketing a cat 1 hitch - NOT a Cat 1 limited hitch. Deceptive advertising. We should alert prospective buyers.

And as I said in the other thread, Kubota classifies their BX series as a Cat 1 full 3PH. This leaves that Kubota is playing the same 'deceptive advertising' campaign either by not saying it's a limited, or by not classifying it as a CUT.
Full as in width(at one time Kubota had a narrower hitch that wouldn't accept full cat 1 implements)........not lifting height.

Theres the difference

The videos at everything attachments will explain this further if you are still unsure.

Maybe your confused. Kubota never uses the term limited in any of their literature. Therefore they either a) have a Cat 1 hitch, and are now considered a CUT or b) are using a deceptive advertising scheme that shows their product has full cat 1 versatility while they do not. Which is it?

I am also going to speak up about Massey and Kubota adding their power steering pump output to the main hydraulic pump out put to make there GPM output look better. Seems kind of deceptive to me.

As I stated in another thread, the clearest defining line between the subcut, and the cut, is the lifting height of the 3pt. hitch.

A subcut, generally takes specially made implements to deal with the low lifting height of the 3pt hitch.

The Max series with tires that are 3 inches higher(4 in the case of ags), will allow the use or full cat 1 implenents. Making the Max series a Cut, not a subcut.

So the FTTB that gets suckered into buying a Max by evil conspiracy propagated on the public by Mahindra is also going to have to deal with the problem of using standard implements? When will this terror end?

More seriously Don, you mentioned that your property or needs required a SCUT as you define it. In what manner for your particular use would the Max 25 not work? Is it a dimensional issue? Would it be too heavy? This is a serious question and I'm hoping you answer absent regurgitating your mantra about Mahindra not making a SCUT.

That is not the discussion at hand, we are discussing the Mahindra max, and the classification of it as a subcut, when the specs show it as a cut. And the fact that it is unfair to compare to the BX25, which is a subcut.

Nothing more, nothing less.

And you, as a dealer, have access to the specs. and should be investigating the facts of the machines in question.............before running your head in an open forum.

This is a picture from Kubota's website. Unless I'm blind, I don't see limited.
