I will break it down to subatomic level for you so just maybe you can grasp the concept that posting a link to the poster's personal server on which copyrighted material is in a PDF file, does NOT make it any less copyrighted material; hence and therefore NOT available to the public without either purchase OR permission of the author, neither of which was accomplished by merely scanning and posting to a server any copyrighted material.

TBN's ToU states:
You may not post on any section, or send to any other forum user or our employee, any material that:
..."infringes or violates any copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, trade secret, confidentiality rights or other rights of any third party'...

Posting a link to the copyrighted material IS "...posting any material that..."
..."infringes OR violates any copyright, ..." etc., etc.

Need I explain further?!:confused2:

In the interest of all concerned, I'd like to ask that 'we' stop now and agree to see things from different POV's; and I do and will become 'abrasive' as you put it, when attacked.

I understand your frustration in being repeatedly argued with. And I will stop responding after this post. But I must point out that my post to you contained no personal attack. It was merely my technical evaluation of the Terms of Use.

Your response corrected my evaluation, and that is fine. I see that I was probably wrong. But your response also was personally insulting.

Without going back to the original attack I thought you were Cdaigle430 who had initiated the dead horse attack, and I was attempting, albiet rudely and abrasively to make you cease the attack so the thread could return to its purpose, solving juanillo's dilemma.
