Bevel case $137. Axle case $195 for one side plus the other parts.
My thoughts would be that $1100 parts, labour and taxes should do both sides and give you back change.

Having reviewed the parts schematic and adding up the cost of all the components, if you cannot reuse any of your existing parts, it would seem that the repair will be expensive. This means all new bearings, shims, case, seals, etc.

Sorry for my misunderstanding.

If all new is the case, then perhaps they would come to you as assembled units making installation by you and a friend easier.

Wow good find! I wonder what shipping to TX would be on something like that?

I dropped the broken part at the dealers yesterday and they had no problem just giving me the parts to do myself. It might even come assembled So I think It should not cost as much as I thought... Hopefully just the fluids.

Well the dealer assembled the part for me, and all I had to do was buy fluids and bolt it on. I do have a question however.

The hydraulics that control the steering seem to be stuck in the outermost position. How do I push one or the other in so that I can attach them.

Also the steering wheel seems stuck also. Movement of the steering wheel is not doing anything. I assume either one or the other hydraulic is activated depending on which way you are turning.

Help is much appreciated! Here is a picture.

You have oil on both sides of the steering piston. You will have to remove a hose and drain one side so that both wheels face the same way. The steering works by moving the oil from one side of the piston to the other. If they are both full it cant recirculate the oil. Do this with the engine off. Once it is drained, tighten up the hose, start the engine at idle and the steering wheel should loosen up. bleed the system out by slowly turning the wheel back and forth lock to lock. Not a Kioti tech so use this info for what it cost. Just going by what I found working on other loaders and trucks.

I have not read the whole thread so i may have been mentioned alread, have you considered that the steering cyl ram could be bent?
It appears that it took the entire weight when the axle failed.

Thanks for the help guys! The hoses drained on their own and I was able to get the wheels all lined up. Im up and running. Hopefully the other side never becomes an issue.

Sure feels good to have a tractor again!

Dangit spoke too soon. The other side gave out the exact same way only 2 hours later.

Man this sucks.
