Do what I do, wear two.
Sorry but this will be long
When we moved into our first house 7 years ago my parents bought us a ken more grill with an extended warranty. During the first year we started having issues with it and called service. Because mg father bought it on his sears card they kept sending the service tech to his house 60 miles away. I lost 4 vacation days waiting at home for the guy. Finally they got it right when my wide was here. The tech took cardboard and used it as a shim in the firebox to get the burner to stay I place. My wife flipped out and after a week of work got a call from the president of sears about the issue. (my wife is the director of customer service for a very large housewares company). Sears "allowed" us to exchange the grill for a new one. 6 months later same issue. After going through the whole stupid thing again they told us to pick one from the website and it would be delivered. I found one of there partners who sold weber and sears bought me the top of the line best weber out there
They could have avoided the whole thing and saved thousands of dollars if they would only have hired smarter people
BTW. Just bought flare nit wrenches there yesterday because I had a gift card
... at the end of the day, when I take off my grimey clothes and look in the mirror, the ugly old codger I see looking back at me can still smile and say, "I'm proud of what you did today"
