Spill-proof spout=slow flow spout

Looked on ebay at prices of old type cans. Found a guy selling the acordian old style spouts with no device and the little cap on them, brand new old stock. Set of 3 for $29.99 and $6 shipping!! says there on back order and will ship end of may??? If you had an old stock i understand even if you had 50 cases of them or say 500 pieces. But "backordered"? Is it possible hes haveing them made and imported from china and black market selling?

Probably going over the border to Canada and buying them by the case (we might have done something similar when we were up there to visit grandparents).

Those new EPA "spill proof" cans are designed to spill down your leg and the side of your vehicle. I haven't been able to figure out what the advantage is to that. Love those, used to use them when I worked in lawncare. If I didnt have a 100gallon tank to fill from, we might have those, but the tank was $75 (with a pump), much better deal than a couple of those and no lifting needed.
