Have a 575 NH baler that cuts both knots every time. will not tie without cutting both knots.

His knotter is cutting the knots on the bale side of the knot is what I understand. This is a simple fix if I remember correctly but I don't recall exactly what the process is as I have been very fortunate and have not had any trouble with my knotters on my 575 so far (knock on wood). I'm sure someone on here will jump in and tell you how to adjust them or if you have your manual it should have a trouble shooting section dealing with it. My manual is at the other barn or else I would look it up. If you don't get any responses by tomorrow night I will post what I find.
