Lookin for a mower, I ran across this deal. It is a Lesco 60" Zero Turn commercial grade.
the guy who owns it bought it to fix it and use but decided he didn't want to mess with it.

I haven't went to look at it yet but from what the guy told me it needs a starter and belts and blades. The original owner apparently claims the motor runs and the hydro pump is good (I take that with a grain of salt however)
I am going to look at this mower sunday and I am fairly new to zero turns but there doesn't seem to me that there would be much to check without being able to start it up and test drive it. Any suggestions?

get it for fee and you won't be out of anything. Or bring a starter with you.

Without a starter you can't even turn it over to even check compression.

Pumps and or motors could be bad.

I would only pay low dollar for it.

22 to 25 HP engine will cost from $1200 to $2200.

Deck alone may cost about $700

Rear tires about $75 to $150 each.

It is a 2007 60". He wants $625 how it sits but i can probably get if for $500.

I would not pay more than scrap value.

Most Lesco zero turns were simply re-badged "Cub Cadet Tank" mowers. If you can verify that it should make it easier to find parts, etc.

I thought it was the other way around, that Lesco built them for CC. Regardless, the 60" Z-Two is the same machine as the M60 Tank. Here's a good site for parts lookup:
