I am not bothered by the OP dismounting rather then using the loader control to set the rears back down. It is a check your laundry moment and having got that close and being still new with the controls you wouldn't want to pull the wrong lever the wrong way and finish the job. My neighbor who is a new widow got her Kubota standing on its nose with rear wheel lifted like a dog on a hydrant. She bailed off and called me. I could push the rear down with my own weight so I redistributed the blocks she had in the bucket applied some down pressure with the loader and backed up slowly with no trouble. She is now very scared of the tractor and never leaves the driveway or road with it.
I can see all this happening to an new to tractor owner.
We know in detail about where/how to add rear weight from posters.
What surprized me in looking at photo just posted again was the design of the FEL mounting. The mounting brackets by design means the loader weight is really on the front axle only as I see it.
We have a JD310B old backhoe. We were looking for a FEL for the 265 MF and when this JD FEL since it came with a free tractor and backhoe.
I know we are talking apples and oranges between these to classes of JD's but the mounting point is more like 3 foot more towards the rear tires on our backhoe.
I see nothing fake looking with the photos. If one has been around much equipment one knows a lot of things can happen. The rear wheels just wanted to be in front.
