What fuel(s) are people using?

When you say you are using Power Service, which specific Power Service product are you using?

I see Diesel Kleen + Cetane Boost, Diesel Fuel Supplement + Cetane Boose and Diesel 9-1-1.

I use Power Service Agri Power + Cetane boost with Slick diesel lubricant. When I bought my tractor, I asked the mechanic at my dealership and he recommended this. He told me about TSC. My mechanic told me that any Power Service additive with Slick diesel lubricant would work.

Has anyone noticed the number of "trolls" on this site lately. A lot of people posting items that seem to quickly add discussions. While I am guilty of responding to them too, I just recently noticed that the OP hasn't responded after 3 pages of comments. I have noticed then a lot lately by individuals that have very few posts and start threads that can get confrontational.

No not at you.

But if you read for instance on this post. Well written, but no response from OP, and actually very few answers to the original question, will running LSD hurt a tractor calling for ULSD? Maybe I am wrong, but this does happen from forum to forum.

Same here. I'm currently waiting for my JD 2720 to be delivered which will be my first CUT and first diesel engine. So I have all kinds of silly questions I am needing to ask. It doesn't seem unusual for a thread that started with ULSD/LSD questions to expand to some general diesel fuel questions and comments.

Sometimes have to take the bad with the good and turn the other cheek. But, another thing that irritates me is when someone asks for help, help is offered and then NO acknowledgement as to whether an issue has been resolved. Life goes on........ still a good place to hang out and get/give info especially if you are a tractor guy or gal.

Some people were not raised well. But although a 'thanks' is nice, I really like to read what the OP's found to be the solution to their problem since that can prove very useful to others.

Last winter we were caught with summer diesel in the tractors. Fortunately the tanks were about 2/3 full. Topped them up with pure kerosene from the local airport. Jerry can and credit card was all required for Jet A-1
