Took down to the dealer today to let them work on it under warranty. We will see what they figure out.

Interesting about the two drains on the oil pan of an engine. To have the water in the base but not anti-freeze I'd say that it is from running cold and not getting the engine up to proper temp!
Could be as simple as a thermostat failure. Certainly in an hour or so of running it should be getting to operating temp and evaporation should take care of what is in the engine.

On oil mixing with water, better blends will mix to a point and will give you milky oil! It is not the cheaper blends but as I said the better ones. Reason being is that in cold climates if the water stays seperated and in the base then it will freeze to ice and when you start the engine it is void of oil till it melts!!!!! I often listen to customers who have issues when cold starting the steering or drive system don't work or are very slow and hard to operate and then wonder why the hydraulic systems fail.

Update
My dealer performed pressure test on cooling system. Failed pressure test. Kioti told dealer to replace head gasket. Took 2 weeks to get head gasket for some reason. Mechanic got it installed friday. He said it is still seeping. Mechanic removed head and took it to a head shop for inspection, thinks it may not be straight.
It has been almost 3 weeks since I dropped off the tractor so I am not a happy camper but maybe it will be fixed when I get it back.

Wow, a warped head already. That usually doesn't happen unless it was overheated, the head bolts weren't torqued correctly to start with, or it's a bad casting. It's easy for a shop to tell if it is warped and they can mill the head true but with 50 hours, I think Kioti should give you a new head.

Sorry to hear they haven't fixed it already. I'd have to question why they didn't check the block and head for true BEFORE changing the head gasket?!
Seems sort of pointless to take it apart, change the gasket and THEN find out something is warped? Sounds like they like doing stuff twice....
The head probably needs planing to make it true. They'll get it right- eventually....

Yeah it definately has never been hot. I was thinking it may the other 2 also. I also believe Kioti should step up and give me a new head.

I agree x2!

I hope it is not the block that needs machining as I have seen that before, particularly if they have done the head and it is still happening. Other than that it could be a porous casting, either the head or block. Make sure they change the filter too but not at your cost.
