Anyone one else that has done the 50hr service front right tire can't drain the oil out of something blocking the hole i'm at 72 hrs now and it's making a squealing noise now. Coney no help feeling this 4yr warranty is a joke. Ready to take it a part myself.

Write something that we can understand and then maybe you can get some answers.....

He is referring to the problem with unable to drain the Lower gear housing on the front axle. Some Kioti's have this problem (mine has this as well on the right side) on my DK35se, the left lower housing drains rapidly, but the right side drains slowly.

Once you drain one side, the majority of the oil is gone. You do the other side to get the small amount that pools at the bottom on the other side, at least this is how it was on my CK. That is why it's much slower on the other side or may seem like it's plugged.

He is referring to posts in a previous thread although I don't remember which one, but that would clarify things for those who haven't read it. If memory serves, the lack of response from the dealer relates to an even earlier thread in which he had issues with tires being installed incorrectly and having to go to war with the dealer (please correct me if I'm getting my stories mixed up). I think I said then and I'll say it again, forget that dealer exists and move on to create a positive relationship with another dealer, no matter how far away that is. Yes it sucks having to go further, it'll even cost you more in gas to do it, but since there's bad blood with your current dealer and he sound incompetent anyway, it will likely end up saving you money getting it done right somewhere else, and certainly a lot of grief.

Yes and being a fussy person I had to find out why. The bottom plug is in the way, it looks like the hole was not drilled high enough so it hits the plug. If you really want to drain it you need to remove the cover/plug. Just pull the clipring you will find a rubber coated seal then the o-ringed plug, they both will pop right out. Use a little sealer on the plug when you reinstall. Pull the tire off, it makes it easier. As far as the squeeling noise, it is just that fluid harmonics in your hydrostat. The dealer has a kit that will fix the problem. Do a little looking and you will find the huge thread on it.[it is actually on the first page] I know it is flustrating but these problems are a easy fix so don't sweat it too bad. CJ
P/S you really need to take Kens advise and find a different dealer who you can deal with and trust.

Who cares what Kioti says, any dealer can do warranty work. You're getting an automated response from a live person, Kioti doesn't really care which dealer you go to. I'd at least call one and see what they suggest when you describe your problem. From your previous posts, your relationship with your current dealer is poison, I'd avoid them like the plague. Ask yourself how you treat people you don't like and expect no more from your dealer (as you're now experiencing). Through on a dose of that dealer sounds incompetent (who installs tires backwards?), and you don't want to go there.

Forget about Connie, she is set on keeping customers from getting past her.
Find another dealer, who after speaking with them assures you they will help you resolve your issues.
If I remember correctly there are drain plugs on the bottom of each side of the front axles and one plug on the top of the left side. If you remove both drain plugs and then the top plug on the left side most all the gear oil will drain out and then you can refill it with the correct grade of oil. AND there is a sight glass on the left side axle housing that shows a small white ball which needs to be centered in the red circle when the fluid is FULL. Don't over fill the axle, but if you do you can let some fluid out until the ball is centered -when the tractor is on level ground/ shop/ barn floor.
When does the squeal noise occur on your tractor?

I tried taking the top plug out on the right and it flowed out of the top and still dripped out the bottom. I hear the squeal coming from the tight side front going down the road yesterday for the first time thinking something inside because i still can't drain out and when i stick a nail in the drain feels like somethings blocking it . I'm going to call around other dealer here in maine. Connie is not a nice lady but she dose her job well to well this is the last tractor i will buy from kioti. If i need a new one in the future i will spend more for a Massey ferguson again
