It been month still haven't heard from my dealer

I tried taking the top plug out on the right and it flowed out of the top and still dripped out the bottom. I hear the squeal coming from the tight side front going down the road yesterday for the first time thinking something inside because i still can't drain out and when i stick a nail in the drain feels like somethings blocking it . I'm going to call around other dealer here in maine. Connie is not a nice lady but she dose her job well to well this is the last tractor i will buy from kioti. If i need a new one in the future i will spend more for a Massey ferguson again

So as I suspected your 'squeal noise' is NOT related to the 'kit' that was mentioned in an earlier reply. The kit is for a squeal in reverse that some Kiotis with HST transmissions exhibit when being driven in reverse and infrequently in forward.
Your issue seems to be with your right front wheel/axle assembly. Humor me and try something. Check all your lug nuts on all wheels and see if any are loose. If not fine. If so, then tighten them up and see if that helps with the noise from your right front wheel.
The other possibility is less likely but could be related to the noise. There might be some metal in the right wheel bearing- I'm not saying there is, just saying its possible.
At this point I defer to those here who have more intimate knowledge of the front axle assembly.

Sorry to hear Kioti HQ is giving you a run around. Please don't give up on Kioti yet- they are great machines, and unfortunately poorly represented at times by those who really need to be looking out for us- the retail customer.
The members here will help you find a solution to your issue with your tractor!

I would go yo another dealer but kioti says to contacted my dealer where i got the tractor. I still can't get passed connie. Yes when i got the tractor the back tires had gashes in them.

Know what ya mean about Connie. She is great for getting custumers to go to a different color

Did you even bother to read what I posted? The hole was not drilled high enough for the drain to work on the right side. If you want to drain it you need to remove the bottom rubber cover, then behind that you will find a steel plug with a o-ring around it. THAT is what is blocking the drain hole. You can even see the top of the oring land through the drain hole. That is why it just drippes a little. You will be able to see the bottom bearing and tell if you have a problem in that side by the metal that is present, but I doubt you do in the axle, it is possible but unlikely. CJ

If I recall you drive a lot on paved roads. Could it be you are in 4wd?

I'm taking the tire off in the morning so it's easier to get too.

It was just a thought. I remember trying my first 4wd truck out on dry pavement. Learned quick why manual said not to. Let us know what you find out.

Just remember it is the bottom plug so the tire removal really helps on the ease of getting to it. I really hope it is something simple, you have had enough greif already. These are really good tractors, just some dealers ruin it for their customers. CJ
