3 point hitch stuck on M8540

New tractor (100 hours). New Meteor snow blower with hydraulic chute. Used the snow blower for the first time today. Moved a bunch of snow. Raised and lowered the 3 point several times with no issues. Raised the 3 point hitch/snow blower to clean before put back into shed now it is stuck in up position. Any ideas?

Did you try rotating the drop rate control valve counterclockwise? If it got bumped (rotated) closed, the 3pt will not drop.

Yep, I'm with k0ua, you've probably closed the drop rate valve accidently. Not much else to go wrong there. Of course we both are assuming you have the draft control lever pushed all the way forward???

Checked both of those things (and the linkage to the control arm/lever). Still doesn't work. Thanks for the replies.

Sorry to hear that, I am thinking broken parts inside now. Piston stuck, something clogging drop valve orfice, something like that.. I see a teardown in your future.
