I am still waiting on Marks phone call so I can order it.

I'm too cheap to run the MIG mix. Refill costs were going out of sight so I switched to CO2. Welds fine for me and a tank fill of liquid lasts a long time.

As for where stuff is made, I just picked up the Hobart 200 a. spool gun for my Ironman 230, and it's made in China. If I was going to get the Everlast mig, I'd get the big one because it has dually drive wheels, just for bragging rights.. :D

Well, I don't think my I-MIG 205 has dully drive wheels.
My budget was a grand, with the welder and buying a 150 cubic feet tank
I fell with in my grand budget:cool2:

Up until a few weeks ago I never thought I would need dual drive rolls. I went to play with some 1/16-inch Coreshield 8 with my Lincoln LF-72 wire feeder. I could not keep the drive rolls from slipping. I made a spacer to go into the tensioning arm, but it didn't work. So I pulled out the old LN-25. Looking at the drive roll system of the LF-72, and the LN-25 I would think the LF-72 would handle anything I would ever need. Good thing I got a really good deal on it.

Wonder what kind of selection of drive rolls they offer? .023, .030, .035, .045, .052, 1/16?
Can you get serrated drive rolls as well? Or do you even plan on running flux core, shielded and non-shielded?

You should try CO2 with the new Everlast. Many or most imports run good on CO2. It's the norm everywhere except the USA.

Shield Arc, the drive wheels are .30 and .35
I really don't think I will do flux core with it
I hate slagging welds ;)

I hope I under stand your comment correctly.
I am going to run a 75/25 mix on the gas.

100% CO2 is cheaper! If you find the sweet spot most people could never tell the difference in quality of weld between C-25, and 100% CO2.
