I used a 216 a friend bought new. Seemed like a smooth running machine. It did everything I wanted to do. Welded 1/2 in single pass. The only thing is. It's a tap machine, which means you can't dial the machine into exactly where you want it. Other than that it's a good machine. I would buy it over the 211.Can anyone comment on a comparison between the Millermatic 211 and Lincoln 216? I've been thinking of a Lincoln but lots of guys like the Miller and I just don't know enough about them.
