Yeah, I think we're back at just your 2 cents, I decided I wanted a refund on mine... I think I'll stay right out of this one after all.

I'm an over-the-road truck driver, so I can't post all the time.Like You ????![]()
Some of the problems you are having has to do with the 3 point on that AC tractor. It came from the factory with an Allis-Chalmers snap hitch not a 3 point hitch. It has an aftermarket 3 point hitch on it that is compounding your problem. Cat 1 lower hitch arms should be almost parallel spaced at 26? Cat 2 is 32? A 3 point hitch should never have a sway bar in the middle like this. The tractor mounts for the lower arms are too close together to give proper 3 point geometry. The Welding angles are not perfect on the box blade but they are well within industry standards. If you want one perfect angles then go buy a Gannon that cost $1800. You got a good product at a good price. I don稚 have any connection to EA but the truth is the truth. The ear itself is a perfect 90 degree piece of angle:

Here's the 3 point hitch:

I will keep watching for them to say something here..

yelbike said:Really....7.5% out. OMG. Return it. You pay the shipping back to them. (Return shipping isn't free) than you can go buy a full price one locally and inspect it before you pay for it. That way it will meet your quality control. Or you can realize its 92.5% correct( probably better than most of us did on our last test) and live with it.
Sometimes one has to realize the person at the other might be a paper pusher whose never even started a tractor let alone install or used an implement. They sometimes say something off the wall. Just roll your eyes and move on. Don't come here and bash them for some unimportant issue. Start a tread when they really screwed up.
I have to go now because I bent my boxblade end plate, the deflection is greater than the allowable 9.32% deviation. I'll just replace it.![]()
Your post is responding to but one of the posters I was referring to that couldn't comprehend what they were reading(no offense intended). The OP was wondering why he was being told that his tractor bent the ears, when one could clearly see that it was welded wrong. The OP never asked for a replacement, or repair..........He just wanted to let EA know about the 'quality control issue". But others read the post differently than it was written, or got caught up in what others were saying..........I dunno:confused3:I've been looking for an airline that has a 92.5% landing success rate! I figure I could save some money!
Sorry, but there's no room for that type of mentality in my business. No, we are not perfect and we sometimes screw up. When I do screw up, I admit it quickly and make it right. Otherwise I have let my customer down.
Customer service is not only important, but critical for success. I understand this from both sides of the fence. I'm a demanding customer and therefore understand and appreciate why my customers are so demanding. I treat them as I expect to be treated.
Unfortunately, Many people are not as good of a customer as the original poster. The original poster voiced his opinion and gave the business a fair opportunity to respond.
For me, I drive 75 miles one way to have my Kubota serviced even though there is a Kubota dealer less than 1000 FEET from my office. I understand the value of good customer service.
Thanks EA for making this right. I am not far from you in NC and will consider your company the next time I need a product you produce.
