Really, this is a case, to quote my gal Hil, "what difference does it make"?

Would it make you feel any better if I went and added the words "attributed to" in front of Cicero?

Or were you just trying yo provoke some argument like many, many that have been hashed out on TBN over all kinds of quotes in tag lines over the years?
