I have a toro 150 snowblower with pto drive and need to covert it to haydraulic for a college project. Im attaching it to a 2410 bobcat front end loader with a 26.7 gpm Where do i start.

They sell a hydraulic pump that fits on standard PTO splines. If you look at the ads on this site Surplus Center carries them.
He doesn't need a pump, he needs a motor.

How big is your plow from what I googled it looked like it could 50 inch or more,you have 66 hp it appears and 26 gal at prsumably full throttle that is way more than enough power to smash a 50 in.plow .I am not a hydraulic tec but since no one else seems prepared to help I will assist to a limit ,you will have to do some calculating you probably will need to install a cheap manual flow control then it will give you a bit of flexability in the size of motor you choose .Your flow control should be sized up to near the 26 gallon so it will work well with that volume ,thenlook for a motor that will give maybe 30hp with 540 (this is my guess that the pto speed would be) if you khow for sure what it turned at that is what you must aim for.
After you determine the motor you will need to develope a coupler (Surplus centre may have the right configuration of that also)to match the shaft on the plow and the motor .When you fabricate a motor mount you will need to be very precise with alignment so as to not ruin your shafts and coupler from wobble .
The math I mentioned will be to convert your gallons to RPM ,keeping in mind you have some freedom because of the flow control but remembering to get a motor with enough torque to give HP high enough to drive the plow .
The flow control will be positioned between the skid steer breakaway and the plow motor.
Hope this can get you started in somewhat the right direction ,you have a good project going good luck.

How much HP did the snow blower require using PTO?
If you use a hyd motor, it will have to spin the rotor at a similar speed.
And of course you need the torque.
Assuming the snow blower took 20 HP to turn the rotor at 540.
20 GPM flowing through a 8.5 cu in hyd motor will turn it at 544 rpm, and the torque would be about 3384 in lbs or 282 ft lbs
The pump that pumps the 20 GPM, at 2500 rpm, at a 2500 psi potential, would use about 34 HP
26.5 GPM would require about 45 HP, and
You could run a larger hyd motor and obtain more torque.
