To me, a smooth operating 3pt hitch should be standard expectation on ANY Kubota tractor. If they need to cut cost, cut it on something else. The 3pt hitch operation is a core function of the tractor and should not be a place to cut corners. The MX5100 is not a cheap tractor, the configuration I purchased retailed for $30K. A $30K tractor should not have a "tolerance" for manufacturing or design that includes a jerky 3 pt hitch period.
