press brake info wanted

The top pic is my 50 ton, this pic is my 35 ton!!!
I got a good deal on the 35 ton and planned to resell it BUT it looked at me with those sad eyes and there was no way I could let it go!!
My problem is I have been welding and fabricating for many years and all I can think about is how much work the machines would have saved me if I had them back when!
Same story with my Miller 40amp Plasma cutter. It could have made my life much easier.

Very nice and you are right about having these tools. I only do small stuff for myself mostly. I can't imagine not having a plasma cutter now, with the addition of a brake and a horizontal band saw my possibilities are endless. I do construction by trade but would rather work with metal than wood on my off time.

I strengthened a press I got that runs a northern tool press brake. Works perfect, and after adding some extra steel and painting it she looks purrrrrrty too. pics and write up on my blog If you need any close ups or any ?s let me know

Pretty cool TWD, nice job. It's amazing how once you get a tool you wonder how you lived without it.
I'm not into pretty so most of my stuff I build I just use it, never seem to have time to paint it.

The top bar is 1". The torch on the right is mounted in a pantograph shape cutter I built.
