Heck yes, let it roll brother! Plus, we don't want to dirty up the normal recipe thread with healthy stuff.

I'll do it tonight.

United States of America: Responsibility for the administrative aspects of copyright law rests with the United States Copyright Office, whose website can be found at: U.S. Copyright Office. You can also register your work online by creating an account and logging into the Electronic Copyright Office (eCO) at https://eco.copyright.gov/eService_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=Start&SWEHo=eco.copyright.gov.

Canada: Canadian copyright law can be found in The Copyright Law of Canada[7] and relevant court decisions. You can register your copyright at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, which can be found at: Application for Registration of a Copyright in a Work - Canadian Intellectual Property Office

A TBN copyright might be a good thing; my concern is that someone might submit a recipe that is copyrighted by say Sara Lee or General Mills or some such.

It seems like most recipes are a copy or variation of another. There are Thousands of cookbooks out there there is a good likelihood your recipe of a close variation is in one. The person you got it from might have just given you a exact copy. What do we need to do to first make sure we are not infringing on another's copyright, or is that even a concern?

Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. I am sure cookbook authors since the printing press was invented have recycled recipes.

I just had a slice of home baked peach pie covered with peach yogurt topped with Cool Whip!:cool2:

Ya had me 'til "Coolwhip" a.k.a. - Water, hydrogenated vegetable oil, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, skim milk, light cream and less than 2% sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), natural and artificial flavor, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate and beta carotene (as a coloring).:D

Well the ingredient Water is OK.......

The healthier substitue which still has enough fat for Jay:

The point was home baked peach pie, the other stuff was just window dressing! Lol
Actually the peach yogurt is good and healthy, the Cool Whip was actually Reddy Whip. And after all, it was there!:D
