Thanks Guys! I'll be at HF when they open in the morning. Do the gravity feed with top cup guns let you paint directly overhead without spilling paint out the vent? Otherwise I can not see using a gravity cup gun (HVLP) in all the confined framework under the disc. That top cup would keep hitting 1/2 inch steel. That is why I am leaning to a siphon cup gun.
The paint is Majic Implement IH RED with it's own reducer and seperate hardener additive. Thinner for cleanup. Back in the old days in aviation, it was MEK to cleanup and help Imron paint "kick" faster. Now all we at work is Acetone.

I have one old air/oil seperator, but am planning on installing another one right before the hose QD.
40 psi is what I remember on the guns I have used.
