Up to 1990 in my country, 1991 in other former soviet countries (within soviet regime) - no implements of pruduction was allowed to own privately. All the industrial vehicles were owned by public/government.

Wow! Thank you for the info, I never realized that. I'm sorry you had to live by such rules , the way thing are going it may end up that way in this country someday. We are all brothers trying to survive in our own worlds, again thank you!

Moreover, the horses where considered as the implements of pruduction, and you couldn't own them here even if you love them endlessly.

I Built a electric device for lifting. Maximum weight lifting was 110 kg, but I changed the transmission ratio thus increasing velocity but decreased weight. Now it is 80-90 kg.
