I have a different opinion on the Meat and Fat...
I'm on the Atkin's diet, and that is what I eat A LOT of.
I started on April 20th and as of today, May 26th, I've lost 17 lbs, have perfect blood sugar and cholesteral #'s and my BP is down, close to normal. (Now if I could quit smoking, that would improve even more - but one "project at a time :laughing:
One of the nice things about Atkin's, besides losing weight fast, is you rarely get hungry. When you eliminate a lot of carbs, your blood sugar stabilizes and your :confused3:hunger goes away.
