Questions about my seeder

Hello out there, as you can see in the video below, the earth is smash down by the tractor tires and the seeder won't seed very well at this point, what do i need to outcome this problem? I know it's an European seeder, but maybe you could help me out.

Is there room to mount a couple of cultivator sweeps behind each wheel ?

Lots of seeders have tines that scratch out the tire tracks. Could you mount some on the seeder? Ken Sweet

I've been searching around on the internet the last couple hours, and now i realized what you guys meant. Unfortunately the cultivators are very hard to find, so i wondered that maybe are could build my own. Probably first next year, i just finished this season last week. I'm exited to see how well the seed will grow in the track.
