What am I doing wrong with water pump?

From what it sounds like I agree with the others, it's most likely a carb issue. One possible cause could be the float is sticking because it's not assembled correctly or some other restriction where the fuel enters the carb. I think you're going to have to bite the bullet and take it apart or call the seller and see if they are willing to send you a replacement carb.

Past two days have been busy at work. Haven't had a chance to do anything with this. Will keep you posted.

FIXED!! Or at least I believe it is. Spoke with a SUPER helpful customer service guy on the phone this afternoon. Disabled the low oil sensor by disconnecting the lead wire. Worked fine right off the bat. Ill be using it a lot the summer so ill have plenty of chances to test it further. As always, Thanks for everyone's input!

He didn't say. I believe so. Not really. I'll keep an eye on oil manually.
