2013 Hay Season

I been working getting everything cut and baled past couple days,its been one thing after another. When cutting a rock or something blew my right door glass out,my net wrap having issues. Had to work cows in the of all this,hauled couple to sale then went and bought two heifers and a new bull.

Looking like we may be baling on the 4th of July weekend. 40% for Wed, 30% for Thu, 20% for Fri and Sat (and I have both Thu and Fri off).

Got most done today 48 rolls,have one small pasture left for tomorrow.

Wish I could cut some hay, this weather is getting to me. Most years praying for rain, this year praying for some hot sunny days.

This is my 1st summer being retired and I am getting bored with this weather. Haven't cranked the tractor up in 6 weeks. In the past working full time and baling hay, I never stopped. I think I had 2 weekends off last summer. I am ready to go to work. Lil

I thought you ran Kubota tractors??? What this with the Mahindra? Netwrap is great when it's operating correctly and a real pain when it's giving trouble. I just had to replace a switch on mine.

I had one kubota with the hay cutter and pulled the baler with the other,that's my brothers mahindra I borrowed.
