Hard time with new tractor

/ Hard time with new tractor #81
Brian , you've been reading me correctly on just about everything. Only reason I wouldn't get the tractor is if I kept my 750. Also, hydro looks to be out of the equation as he only has new stock in hydro which with the price increase from Mahindra compared to the older pricing 3016 I've been sitting on, the difference is approaching 2K.

So, how much would you lose if you walked from the deposit, then bought a hydro tractor somewhere else? (dont really want to know, just asking the question) Maybe sit with the dealer now, express your concerns and maybe you could negotiate a slightly better deal (less than $2K) on the hydro model that's new. Just sayin'.

Are the hydros in these tractors good? I know a guy that had problems with his 3616 at 15-20 hours. I know another guy that bought a 3016 and the dealer encouraged him to go gear.

Shhhhhhhhhhhh don't tell anybody.

That's what I thought with you pushing your brand all the time and your so-called friends having problems with other brands.

I really do know a guy that has a 3616 and the hydro crapped out in. It go so it would not go in reverse and just squealed.

I know a guy with a DK40 and the 4WD went out on it:laughing:

Seems you know all the right people with hydros crapping out, and 4wd went out on a DK-40?! Post some links to these, 'you know a guy' friends and let's examine their issues here.:confused2::confused3:

Kioti supplies the lever with knob on the end from the factory, and it presents no issues with safety; in fact it potentially reduces them since the OP can stand next to the right wheel with the brakes locked and the FEL lowered, and lift or drop at his own set pace, whatever implement is attached to the 3PH arms. Rather than some who might want to leave the tractor running with no brakes on and the FEL up and rear 3PH item up while they run into their shack to type hype on the net. Those are the people who the safety warning stickers and cautions in the manual are written to hopefully clue in to certain dangers they might encounter as a result of their own lack of thinking.

I was joking/ being sarcastic with Murphy about the DK40.

I really do know a guy that had a hydro go on a Mahindra 3616. This is the only guy I know that had a hydro go. I don't know if he knows how to use a computer.

I was not saying the 3PH control on the back is a bad idea. A lot of manufacturers do it. I just think it is funny they do because every tractor owners manual I have tells you to shut the tractor off and lower the 3PH and loader before exiting. What good would it be if you followed that procedure?
