All this darn rain. Where was it last year

How many of you Live in cities that charge a rain-water runoff tax? here in Ga. namely the ( City of Athens ) had perfect timing when they implemented this fee back last year, I bet they're getting rich this season, they're probably saying let it Rain on!

We've had our unfair share here in Tidewater Virginia this spring and summer too. Its so wet, the blackberries that are growing to maturity have ZERO taste. First time in 10 years that I'm not going to be able to pick 40 pounds to support my wine making habit.

I have almost same problem no real taste, about 1 in 10 have much flavor. They DO have plenty of juice and as such still getting ate by me when I'm out in the weed and able to not be picked up and carried away by the Skeeters. I think with the juice the berries have just able make up for the juice I loose to the bugs and the thorns :/
