I'm not sure that would actually stand up to a scientific test.
Alchemysa: while it is a simple statement it is how insulation works. With a simple air filled chamber the air on the warm side moves towards the cool side and takes the heat with it.
The foam (is as stated) billions of little air bubbles that do not move about. These air filled foam bubbles stop heat transfer better than air that is aloud to move about inside the chamber due to convection currents. All insulation does is slow the migration of heat from the warm side to the cool side. There is a link above to how stuff works that is more technical but says the same thing.
There are no insulation that is 100% eventually everything will be at the same temperature given enough time and no further energy infusion. So after all the suns have gone out all the nuclear fusion has stopped and all the left over nuclear materials (Uranium, Geranium and the like have converted thru Alpha, Beta and Gamma radiation their half lives of time into lead Pb-206.) At that point the only thing to create heat in the universe will be collisions between rocks floating about. Granted that is Billions if not trillions of years out...
