I tried... She conducted an interrogation she asked me well over a dozen questions merely to end with her plan remains the same. She is too busy to go to work, she expects me to keep sponging off buddies and living in basements, and why in heck did I restrict funds into the joint checking and put limits on her AmEx cards, and NO I cannot see my older girls, and NO there cannot be a time limit on their "healing".

Oh BTW, every time I dissagreed with her I was "continueing the abuse"...

Just make sure if you end up apart, that there is a clause that she can't move your kids more than X amount of miles from you without your permission. Can't count the number of dads that rarely get to see their kids because the wife moved them to Florida or somewhere far away to get away...yet they have to continue paying child support to the court or they go to jail.

I'd seriously think about what you are legally bound to give her, close out all joint accounts, and send her that amount on a scheduled basis by money order via certified mail. Send any extra you want to your kids in their name and keep account.

65 degrees going up to 77 today, likely rain later and thunderstorms tonight.
Had a good day picking in the garden yesterday, the hot peppers are beginning to come in
fast and heavy. Tomatoes are slowing down, but plenty left. And we ate our first honeydew melon which
was very good. Lost most melons to slugs but some made it.

finally took a pic of the motorhome, and preserved my first scrape to memory. Going back to the shop today to get satellite tv added, and I'll have their detail crew buff it out. Hoping to head off in the next few weeks to a rv park in the Poconos and try that for the first time.

Morning all. Clear {no sun yet. What am I doing waking up this early?} 73 with 92% humidity. Forecast high of 90 with 50% of rain. It didn't rain yesterday. The first day in a while without it. But I had to run sprinklers on the watermelons. Got some mowing done late. Sliced first melon of the season last night. Small but good. Now I'm going to try to get back to sleep for a couple of hours.

I was thinking of changing my "name" to Windbag in the spirit of personal honesty...
this is our own little reality show and I thank the esteemed 300UGUY for his grand idea.
More importantly, over time, we learn more, not only about others, and about things, but about ourselves.
Of course we need to know our weather, it really is interesting to see how each of us are doing.
Makes such a huge difference in our tractor related activities.
So I wanted to second Toppop's enthusiasm.

What season is this thread on? Where's my remote. Look, we are on tv....oh no. :shocked:

I've found a free swingset, pretty nice one too, and I'm going to recruit a buddy or two and take it apart on Saturday and haul it out to my ranch and set it up for the girls.

Got the coffee brewing. 63° with clouds this morning. Heading to 82° with thunderstorms and maybe some sun throughout the day. Still working on retaining wall fill in. I am making progress. Got all the mulch in place. Just need to level it out. Then we need to do some shopping for what to plant in the area.
jinman: Sound like you had a great time. Is that something we would enjoy when visiting your area?
Drew: My mother has been working on getting older for many years. So I and my siblings have been well aware of where to find everything she had hid away. No surprises yet. Just a lot of stuff to get rid of that cannot even be donated. Hardest part is going through all the thousands of pictures that she collected in 94 years.
