I would go with either an auction engine drive, and an electric air compessor strapped on top, or a used generator with air compressor and a nice inverter. I could put the whole rig together, that would work better, for under a grand...
agreed. it's a compromise unit. way overpriced. you could have a better genny, welder and air comp.. seperate for WAY less money. or even if you went to a combined welder genny.. like a hobart 10k unit.. and then tossed in an air compressor.. etc.. and saved a grand+
