I have gotten pretty good at pushing them in with the loader. I mark with chalk on the post how far to go in, then start it by hand, then use the bucket to push it in. Being real sandy soil helps a lot.

Try that in clay sometime!:D

You fencing in, or fencing out? Is this a DIY fence build? The last time I had chain link fence installed, they used a pneumatic post driver. That was a real time and work saver.
I guess out as it is replacing the fence around the pool. Yep, DYI. I'm using my 9 in auger on the PHD, set each post in concrete. Gonna take me longer, but oh well. I've pushed wooden post in with the loader, wife refuses to be the holder any more.

Put 2 front tires and deck on wife's Craftsman today. Parts came from a year old mower that the frame failed, both sides.

I was walking the trash out to the road. When I saw the sunset I ran back to the house and got the camera. I took about thirty pictures to get a few good ones. Remember when you had to pay through the nose to get film developed?

A nice warm early fall day and even warmer for tomorrow with mid 80s for highs. A/C running strong for the next couple of days then good size rain from the tropics but no cold shots thru 20 th of October. Rag weed is going wild and so is my nose. Got diabetes report back from last week all items a ok better than it has shown in a couple of years, eating right does help. Gout numbers now normal as well and will try not to get off the wagon so to speak. Really wish it would frost to kill the rag weed. Off to bed for another exciting day at work

That is a sunset worthy of paying to have developed... Glad you did not have to though...

Be well Larro,
David

good morning all. Larro, you should get that pic framed. And David/Sodamo, how can I say this politely and delicately..... now I see two nice tractors that you get to use and what do I see your wife stuck with? Is she "attached" to that Craftsman?

I only mention this because she mentioned to me that she was shopping for a nice 7 series JD garden tractor that she was trying to get for under fifteen grand...:D:dance1:

I sit on my front porch, drinking coffee, and listening to crickets, and the young deer practicing for when they are big boys. They are snorting and head butting! Sort of reminds me of some guys I have known.

Y'all have a great day!

Drinking my favorite coffee. 54° with clouds this morning. Heading to 77° with thunderstorms throughout the day. Washing the motorhome in between thunderstorms today. This is when I wish my motorhome was short like Drew's. :D
Larro, nice picture.
Good Morning All.

David the good thing about the blood shot eyes is it's not a normal thing. when you wake up and there not blood shot and you wonder why then you got a problem. just a little humor for your morning hope all is well

Good morning! 75˚heading to 90˚. Knee swelling is going down. Yesterday, my better half broke in the JD Z. I call it the tank, at 1600 lbs. I was sure glad that I did not have to suffer the pain in my knee with the bouncing of the Z. The only pain I had while she was mowing was seeing that 16mph mower going 3mph the whole time - no honey, I'm not complaining!:)

Good Morning. 0700, clear, 66* with 92% humidity. Forecast is for a high of 86 with no chance of rain. I'm going to get my food plots in today. I need to rake the pinestraw off them, scatter some triple 13 and till it in. Then broadcast the ryegrass seeds and rake them in. And I have to get it done by dinnertime. My work week[end] starts early. St. Joe Timberlands is having their annual meeting for their hunt club lease holders and I'm only about 75% done with the setup. Got to have it finished by 1500, my usual worktime.

Thanks for the kind words on the picture. The camera made it look more dramatic than it was in reality. And I picked the most colorful one to post.

Larro
