Not much to report the last few days. I moved in a storage building and got it set off the trailer yesterday. The little BX done a fine job moving it into place!
Tonight I used the FEL to dig out small trees and mature poison sumac. The poison sumac is like small trees, some over 8' tall and 1.5 to 2" trunks! Luckily they pop out, roots and all, pretty easily in my sandy soil.

Walker, you are the working man!!! I do a little brush piling on my place, but not near as fast as you. I love it when those cedars go up in flames. Great pictures and videos. That spot sure has good looking sunsets. You will need to position your house to take advantage of that. When you said there was a backhoe parked in the road, and the operator was gone to lunch, I was thinking you were going to use it while he was gone. Ha.

Hey guys I haven't done much out at the land for a combination of reasons.
Here is my latest:
This is our first child and we are absolutely ecstatic. Little Zane weighs 6 lbs 12 ozs and is 20.5" long. He arrived 4 weeks ahead of his due date but is perfectly healthy with no issues. Quite the suprise!!
The doctor let me help deliver him and I was the first to see the *** of the baby and got to announce it. Yes we waited to find out the ***, which is a little unusual now but I was set on letting it be a total suprise.
Can't wait to buy some toy tractors for my little man!
