just saw a p1040 at a really good price- it is 104 inches wide and says for tractors 100hp- since my kubota 5740 is only 59hp- I am assuming it is way to big for it- will it work?- thks

When I talked to Pronovost a few months ago they didn't recommend anything bigger than their 860 sized unit. My tractor is rated for 64 horsepower at the PTO. Even with the benefit of a hydrostatic transmission I think a P1040 would likely be a bit much on your tractor.
