Here in PA there are a lot of crawl spaces. My neighbor has a slab poured under his house, it makes working on plumbing and electric etc. a lot easier he just rolls around on an old office chair. Also keeps the moisture and radon at bay not sure if that is a problem where you are.

I'm thinking I'll probably do that, AFTER my CO.

Be sure to remove all the construction debris now. I have a rental with a crawl space, every time I am under there, I drag out more junk left by the builders.
It would also be a good idea to level out the ground now, it is a pain to dig after consructed.

I was able to get waterproofing on 3 walls today. I still had daylight, but my muscles were screaming at me. Tight space, awkward angles, I pretty much hate doing it. :)

I'm trying as hard as I can to get this foundation back filled before the nasty weather sets in. It snowed and sleeted a few days ago but we have sunshine again, at least for awhile.

Back at it this weekend. I had 12 yards of gravel delivered that I used for backfill. I have 12 more coming Monday morning. This will bring it up to ground level all the way around. The weather is great this weekend, with lows around 38 degrees , but with days warming up to around 75!

They make all sorts of conveyors, in all shapes, sizes and configurations. We have a couple of rental stores around here you can rent them from.

The last one I used was about 16 long and ran off 110v. This one didn't have a loading hopper, but the do make them with one.

Here is a random pic from the web..

I need to rent one of those to get that excess dirt out of the crawl space. That and a tiller to loosen it up and I'm in business. I can lower either one or both of them down inside with the Telehandler.
Thanks!
