Good Morning. 1115, clear and windy, 60* with 67% humidity. There is a chance of patchy frost tonight in low lying areas.
I've got to run back to Marianna today. My two bows were right where they were supposed to be, but I couldn't find any of my arrows. It would be tempting fate to go hunting with just the one I bought. I will try the pawn shops first, then Wally World, and the sporting goods store last. {I don't like to spend $$}

The Cards starter, Wacha, pitched a good game. Their closer in the bottom of the ninth was un-hitable. The Cards played a good game.

Dave, the Cards are doing it on the cheap too. I think I heard that all their guys who pitched last night were 23 or younger. They have one of the best farm systems in the game, and it shows when they can bring up young talent like that.

I've been thinking. All over America guys like us are meeting in their favorite breakfast watering hole and saying good morning. We just do it over the airwaves. And someday, in our lifetimes..., we'll be able to see each other on our screens.

Daugen, my sister and niece both have I-phones so they can Face Time {see each other when they use the phone}. Little Johnny, my sister's grandson is 2, but he is so used to the Face Time, that when he is talking to folks with regular phones, he will still hold up his toy tractors and trucks for them to see. We can't even imagine the changes he will see in his lifetime.

Kinda of a slow day today, had three more skin cancers cut off then took a trip down south for homeowners meeting tomorrow. Other than being sore no real ill effects just to many of these 17 so far otherwise pretty healthy. 44 degrees right now here heading to upper 30s. Back home 20s are the rule. Went to look at job this morning near Pembroke saw snow on the ground and temperature in the low 30s. Good evening

good morning 20 degrees now i'm sure the temp will drop a couple more points before sun rise. this will run the snakes off so i can stop looking at my feet all the time. Buppies hope you heal fast. i have that problem as well, it's what i get for laying out in the sun in my younger days for that tan to impress the girls. seem like the right thing to do at the time and i must say it worked.

Coffee is brewing. 40° with clouds and a brisk wind out of the southwest. Heading to 47° with clouds and rain most of the day. Going to be to windy for me to do the tree trimming I had planned for today. Will be a good day to pick up all the wife yard ornaments and store them for the winter.

good morning. Thanks Ron and others. nadene is coming home Monday, maybe sooner, into hospice.
End of a long wonderful life. And that's all I'm going to say about that, this is just not the place.
But talking here is a wonderful mental/emotional distraction for me and reminds me that the world sure goes on.
I want to hear about all those grand kids getting born, the circle of life continuing. The first frost on the pumpkin.
The last snow melting in the Spring. And the fields being planted again.

Drew all of our prayers are with you. Sam you are correct but then again nobody told of of the danger so long ago. On the chilly side on the coast this morning but tomorrow when we leave high gets back to 70. The warm up in November is coming for all of us in the east actually quit mild at least thru Thanksgiving so no snow before then for our snow lovers out there. Homeowners meeting starts soon then rest of day to do as we please. Good Morning
