See where Jeff Gordon won race in martinsville today.all must be right in Nascar.

I watched the race today. Even stayed awake for the whole thing. Seeing the 24 in Victory Lane was like old times. It is hard to believe he has been in Cup racing for 20 years. I remember when the 'Wonder Boy' was a skinny 22 year old kid with a skinnier mustache, winning his first race, the '95 Coca-Cola 600. Now one of the old men of Nascar at 42, he has won again. There has been 86 more wins in the years in between. And after being added as the 13th driver a week after the Chase field was set, he is in 3rd place and has an outside chance at his 5th championship. It's enough to give us old guys hope.

It's a nice brisk morning here in Scotland with the temperature at around 7*C/45*F I'd say.

Under the old rules Gordon would already have 6. He's the best driver of his era, Jimmy Johnson is the best at playing the chase. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, Gordon and Dale Earnhardt were very good friends.

Good morning! 66˚ overcast heading to the 80s.

It rained 1.5" this weekend so I can continue to play in the sand pit without making a dust storm. What was a dry gully is shaping up to a nice valley as I take the sand/clay mixture and spread it on the road. Another TRACTOR DAY!

Drank my allotment of coffee hours ago. 40° with clouds this morning. Heading to 47° some sun this afternoon. Taking some therapy on my left ankle for the next couple of weeks. Early morning sessions. Continuing to pickup all the ornaments wife put out in the yard last spring.

38 right now...feels chillier though. Still a bit damp from yesterday. The predicted high is 50 with a 20% chance of rain.

Got my snow plow rigged to the Gator. This is an Eagle plow I bought off a fellow TBNer. I still have to replace the wire rope (on the winch) with a strap. There's too much wear and tear on the wire rope if I use that.
I'll have pictures later today...probably post them on the "Pictures of your Snow Weapons" thread (in the Snow Removal forum).

Low 60s F and overcast here. I slept in this morning because I was up most of the night calling Ralph. I ate something for dinner that really set my stomach off. I'm sick very little, but when I get sick, I'm a miserable puppy. I just could not get comfortable until about 5 AM, so I stayed in bed until 10 AM. It's nice to be retired and able to do that. Other than a little out of sorts, I feel fine this morning.

I had my tumor on my left ankle, it apparently was the result of a hailine fracture of the tibula, just above the ankle, 4 years earlier. I am going to do my home exercises today, then theraphy tommorrow. Good luck.
