I think if we could get him to target shoot a bit he would buy a 10/22 for a first gun. And James I think your doing pretty da-m good.

Yep, and 10/22 is a wonderful little rifle, and is something he could own in Canada too. For utility rifles you can't do much better than a 10/22 Ruger.

If your wife hears of your plan, you are gonna be sleeping in the tractor bucket.

Ask the dealer if he'll take the R4s in trade. If they cost $4k they are certainly worth something. I still think you could get new tires for way less than you are thinking.

There's no way she'd be that nice

I think Kens got The New Tractor Sickness.

Never stops, I need help

I already PM'd James about our trip to Vegas this March. The wife and I are going to go shooting and try out some of the big guns we don't have here. Will be the first time shooting a gun.

Ken remember that a 10/22 is something you can easily own in Canada, and easily afford to feed and is one heck of a lot of fun to shoot. Not that this has a darn thing to do with whether to trade your Kioti off or not:shocked:

Hey Ken, you want to shoot some guns, let me know, I'm a little more than an hour from Kanata. We have 200 acres of room to shoot here and I can even let you try out that Ruger 10/22. Got a nice little lever action Marlin 35 Rem. that's sweet.

The NX line has 2 features that are very appealing.......the location of the fuel tank (under the left deck/step) & the location of the loader control lever. I absolutely despise having to hold a 5 gallon can of fuel up in the position you have to be in.....when you use a 5 gallon can. Besides the fact that getting older sucks......its a strain on the back, etc. Wonder if we could retro-fit a NX tank onto the DK because the NX looks like a DK from the videos and brochures I've seen?

Don't think I can justify a trade right now but I should would be curious to here what Ken is offered on a trade???? Ken, you are going to try and trade, right?

I don't hold the 5 gallon can, I just stick the nozzle into the fuel neck and let it drain in. It balances quite nicely on the FEL post and hood.
