Yep...just watched "Bullit" yesterday....as good as it was when I first saw it!

Another great flick is "To Kill a Mockingbird"....one of the most poetic films I've ever seen...

When i was a youngster, my Uncle and i were in a video store and he found a copy of "Wings". He said he'd always wanted to see. I thought, what the heck a black and white silent film? That's gonna be a load of crap, but i got it anyway and sat down to watch it with him. I was pretty surprised how much i enjoyed watching it. BTW wings is said to be the first movie to win an oscar for best picture or something like that..
Wings is a great silent film and shows what a mastery of film making and black and white film can do. Great movie and highly recommended.

What is behind the green door? This Marilyn person? Do I need to knock on the door? Do I have to guess which door Marilyn is behind like Lets Make a Deal? What do I get if I guess wrong?

Any Hitchcock movie. Any Bogart movie.
snip...
Speaking of Bogart, my favorite Christmas movie stars him, Peter Ustinov, Aldo Ray, Basil Rathbone, Joan Bennett and Leo G. Carroll.
It's called "We're No Angles," from 1955. Very funny movie with some good Christmas meaning thrown in.
