I know, being a little stuck is like being a "little pregnant" right?

I got my right side front down over the side of the driveway while snow blowing (rear mounted). I felt the front slide right, and when I tried to go forward with the wheels turned left, it just plowed straight forward further down into my ditch even with the wheels cut. We got an inch and a half of ice last week, and 10 inches of snow last night so we've been busy.

In retrospect, I probably should have tried some differential braking to get it out but I never thought of that. I flailed around with the bucket for awhile and eventually a combination of the bucket and a lot of sand got me out.

So, I tried to do my research like everyone says on the forum, but it would seem the tire chains that people seem to like from tirechains.com (duo-grip) are not made for my tire size (15-19.5) Industrial Tires. I have 25X8.50-14s on the front.

I'm wondering what my next best option would be?

Any kind of tire chains are better than no tire chains. And yes Differential braking would have probably worked for you.. The first thing you do when working in snowy conditions is unclip your brake pedals and get ready to do a lot of your steering with your pedals, as front tires are pretty ineffective a lot of the time. This last big snow we had was the first time I really got to enjoy the fact the my new Kioti has its brake pedals on the left so I can more easily use them for steeering. I have always used them even with my previous Kubota but with HST and the Kubota pedals on the right side I had to use the cruise control to set forward speed and free up the right foot to use for steering brakes. But with the Kioti it is so easy to use, you can keep your foot on the hydro pedal and modulate your speed and keep your left foot on a steering brake as needed.

Did you get your tractor out?
(BTW, you might want to update your profile with the tractor make and model)

I'm going to assume you meant 15-19.5...which are R-4 industrial tires (and a very popular size in Compact tractors).
If you don't mind doing some work, you can make 2-link or 4-link chains into the duo-grip type by adding the short links between the cross links. There's been a few guys on TBN that have done this. I have turf tires and 4-link ladder type chains...bumpy ride, but pretty easy on the drive way surface.
Since I mentioned that the 15-19.5 size is very popular, don't be too surprised if the retailers are sold out.

And yes, you do want to learn to use those split brakes...proper usage can keep you out of trouble.

Yes, I was able to get it out, and thanks for that catch on the typo. You had the tire size right. It actually says "not available" on the tirechains.com website right now. I assumed that meant they weren't made at all for my tire size.

That's correct...not made for 15-19.5.
There are other chain retailers...might try them.

Yes, but the problem wasn't that I couldn't move, just that I couldn't turn.

I bought mine on Ebay. Search Ebay for item #390680846366, Seller Yotejoe, part#3265-SS, RUD brand, Ladder type chains.
A pair was $254.25 They fit my 15x19.5 R4's perfect. They're not Duo Grip but they work for me.

I also looked on Tirechains.com and did see ladder type chains for 15x19.5 tires available though the picture shows an R1 tire but the 15x19.5 is listed.

The V-bar 2-link would be best for ice but be aware they could damage concrete and asphalt.
