Sorry, I meant to say "spark plug holes, or injector holes". They work on either gas or diesel engines, but for a diesel you need to make sure the gauge will go high enough. As I recall, 400psi would be enough, but even Harbor Freight sells one that's cheap, and goes to 1,000psi. The only thing I'd research is what thread they use on the injector holes, and compare that with what the kits offer.

12 Piece Diesel Engine Compression Tester

I dont think that compression tester you listed will not work on his engine.
I believe that his injectors are the type that are held down by 2 nuts on the studs on each side of the injector base.
If thats the case, he will need an adapter that locates on the 2 studs, tighten them down, and then screw the tip of the tester on down into the hole. That adaptor is in the 14pc set from Harbor Freight but its like 180 bucks.

Automan does you injectors have the two studs holding them down and then your fuel lines screw into you injectors at a 90 degree angle from the injectors? They will look something like this one in the picture on the page listed.

I did a google search for antique tractor clubs in and around Houston and the Bluebonnet Antique Tractor Club popped up with a nice website. I would suggest that you seek these guys out and perhaps meet a few of them, or even join the club, and see if a member would help you out with a compression test.
The list all types of manufactures in their club so your Massey will not be an issue. Here is the link to their website

Chances are that someone in the club has rebuilt that very motor before and can assist you in more than one way.

I should have been more clear....I was just using that tester as a geneic example. That's why I mentioned researching the exact injector, to be certain.
