Pallets in fields

Well we know that that type of device will not show up in the state north of New Jersey as they are limited to 7 pallet magazines.

Ah rats ... I mean "ah tree rats" !!!!

Some New Jersey politician legislated that the pallets be placed in fields that don't need them. It was a payoff to a pallet manufacturing company that made political contributions to the guy's last campaign. There were Pallets to Nowhere clauses tucked into a bill signed into legislation that had nothing to do with agriculture. It was pure Pallet Pork paid for with Federal matching funds.

Whenever there is something that doesn't make sense, look to your politician for answers.

Yeah, we were looking to common sense and science for answers. How silly we were. We should have checked the Jersey legislation a long time ago.

The pallets are anchors. They were fired through the earth attached to cables just like drywall anchors. Anchors for what you ask.... Helicarrier what is a Helicarrier you ask? UM_Helicarrier_1799.jpg

Well ya, a crooked republican governor in a corrupt democratic state, makes perfect sense to me!
:D
Heii it may even been pallets that the GW bridge was shipped on!

I am afraid I am going to have to join this faction, as sparc (the original poster) has not weighed in on this and is not providing any more information or dialog of any kind. Perhaps sparc himself placed these wooden structures (what ever they are, because they sure are not standard pallets) and just wanted to see what we would say. If that was his goal, he has surely succeeded.

We need to have someone who majored in political science critique this theory.;)

The term "Political Science" has never made sense to me. "Science" implies a rational repeatable explanation in this case as to how the pallets came to be in the fields. The word "Political" implies to me a irrational explanation that may or may not be repeatable depending on if they got away with it last time.

How about a member who is an expert in absolutely everything?
There are several of them over in the politics forum.

Sooooo....about this alien squirrel debate...

Sir,

The "squirrelly" alarmists are anthropocentric extremists. They have used propaganda and scare tactics to convince the general populace that squirrels are somehow enemies to mankind.

1. There is no evidence of an extraterrestrial presence in the squirrel community.
2. The extremists are speciesists, referring to squirrels as "tree rats."
3. Squirrels have been slaughtered and consumed in the millions by carnivorous humans over the ages. Indeed, this squirrelicide continues to this day. Googling "squirrel recipes" returns 3,400,000 results. Are squirrels not sentient beings? This reign of terror must end.
4. Although we have adopted technology (e.g., sophisticated surveillance equipment, cell phones, laser swords, assault rifles, etc.), we have done so for peaceful purposes, including self-defense.

Sincerely,
Rocky, President of the Squirrel Defense League

It mightn't be the squirrels. They could be the red herrings. Has anyone looked for extraterrestrial presence in mice ? Douglas Adams rote in his book 'The Hitchhikes Guide the the Galaxy' that mice were the controllers of the Universe. Does the number of inverted Vs total 42 ? ? Has anybody seen any dolphins lately or heard on the radio the phrase "Goodby and thanks for all the fish" We could be in bigger trouble than I first thought.

I have to respectfully disagree James & SPYDERLK. No sane 'Man Of The Land' would be so wasteful of a pallet, let alone a brace of them, for no good reason! And I'll remind you that sparc reported that there are several of these formations at equal intervals on numerous properties.

Something sinister has happened to sparc as his promised reporting date of "first thing in the new year" is 22 days past due. He has either been compromised, coerced or worse! We also have several NJ TBN Members who have had every opportunity these past days to 'swing by' and confirm/deny the existence of the formations, the result of which is utter silence.

Ladies and Gentlemen; speculation and theories proposed from the comfort of our abodes cannot be advanced until we have at least a second, confirmed AND documented, sighting. Also, the time frame for this to occur is limited as the formations apparently 'disappear' come the North American Spring (if that ever happens, taking in the abominable weather you are enduring... May God have mercy on your souls.)
